Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dy90 platform, you accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the dy90 platform is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia. dy90 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and dy90 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of dy90 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your login credentials.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of the dy90 platform, you agree to:
- Not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or related systems.
- Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
- Not to spread false, misleading, or defamatory information that could damage the reputation of dy90 or other users.
- Not to engage in any form of fraud, hacking, or technical interference against the platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and dy90 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the dy90 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). dy90 supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits that have been successfully processed are final and non-reversible, except in circumstances defined by platform policy. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction. dy90 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, which includes submitting valid proof of identity. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or in accordance with procedures set by dy90 from time to time. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days.
Dy90 reserves the right to suspend or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. In such cases, dy90 may request additional information from the user before processing the transaction.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dy90 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other damages whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
The dy90 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, dy90 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fully protected against external threats.
Intellectual Property
All content on the dy90 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of dy90 or its respective licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from dy90.

The dy90 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. dy90 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Dy90 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for such action include fraud, platform abuse, providing false information during registration, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, dy90 reserves the right to withhold any remaining credit balance pending the outcome of an investigation. dy90's decisions regarding account closures are final.
Changes to These Terms
Dy90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the Terms. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
